The system features anomaly alarms, materialshortage detection, and production counting. Measuring 1200×3000×1850mm with an output of 2025 pcs/min at 1KW, it reduces labor by approximately 10 personnel, offering an efficient and highquality automation solution for handle production.

2.   The main parts(including the handle, bottom foundation ) stream out byjigs in lines, other

parts(gear, rack,cushion , waveform cushion , spring , gearpiece,cross grooving screws) fed

up by bowl feeders, automatic section thedirections , assembling ,gluing , oiling . and

discharge automatic and etc.

3.   Abnormal situations wil be Sent out the alarms by induction function incoming inspection or shortage material. Presumed setup, recordingfunction . and history alarm recording and etc.Saving labors :10 members
