The Rotary Buckles Automatic Alignment Packaging Inspection Machine integrates CCD vision positioning, quality inspection, and intelligent packaging. It employs rubber-coated pneumatic grippers for scratchfree handling, CCD color cameras for precise orientation recognition with doublecheck, and automatic alignment. Based on inspection results, it intelligently sorts qualified/unqualified products and performs automatic film laminating, tray arranging, and discharging. Measuring 1650×2350×2100mm with an output of 1820 pcs/min at 3500W, it provides a fully automated, highprecision solution for packaging and inspection of rotary buckles.

Function Highlights:

1.Rubber-coated gripper

Using pneumatic gluing claw, the material is firmly grasped and accurately delivered to the specified position, effectively preventing material scratch.

2. CCD visual monitoring

The CCD color camera is used to accurately identify the position and direction of material arrows and letters. The material direction is automatically corrected to ensure that the materialis in the correct position during detection and packaging.

3.Intelligent sorting

According to the detection results automatically sort qualified products and unqualified products to effectively prevent unqualified products from entering the subsequent packaging link and ensure the accuracy and high efficiency of product quality control.

4.Automatic film laminating tray arranging and blanking

High-precision air grippers combined with probes accurately detect and grab materials. Realize automatic

tray placement, flexibly adapt to different materials and improve packaging quality and efficiency.
