This automatic pin inserting machine is designed for highprecision pin insertion into PCBs and electronic components. It features CCD vision positioning with a flexible vibratory feeder and a fouraxis robot for dualpart gripping. The servocontrolled insertion stage achieves positioning accuracy within 0.1mm at a speed of 25 pins/min. Integrated CCD inspection ensures realtime missingpin detection and automatic sorting, while quick fixture changeovers and parameter adjustments enable rapid adaptation to multiple product specifications, delivering efficient and flexible highprecision production.

Key Features :

1. CCD positioning flexible feeding

Material is fed by a flexible vibrating disk. ACCD camera in combination with a four-axis robot accurately positions and grasps.Two materials can be grasped at a time.

2.Efficient and precise pin insertion 

The pin insertion platform can flexibly move to the pin insertion point through servo-controlled slide rails and lead screws.The error is not higher than 0.1mm.Thirty pins can be inserted in one minute.

3.CCD visual monitoring

CCD movement monitoring checks whether there is a missing pin on each small PCB board to improve product quality.

4. Adaptable to multiple specifications

It can be applied to products of different types and sizes.By replacing the corresponding fixtures and adjusting the equipment parameters,pin insertion production of different products can be quickly realized.
