The 0.45 Twist Pin Automatic Braiding Machine is primarily used for the automatic braiding of beryllium bronze wires and discharging by tape. The wire consists of three inner core beryllium bronze wires and 7-9 outer core beryllium bronze wires. After three inner wire storage wheels and seven outer wire storage wheels are positioned in place, the inner and outer core winding mechanisms operate simultaneously. The wire diameter detection mechanism conducts real-time monitoring of the wound wire, while the collecting wire mechanism evenly distributes the finished product into the bobbin through X axis movement. During the winding process, the inner core pitch (0.75-0.3 mm) and outer core pitch (1.5-6 mm) can be set. The machine features real-time monitoring capabilities, enabling the real-time detection of winding wire diameter and status to ensure normal operation. It also includes functions such as constant tension stringing and automatic stop machine in case of wire breakage, ensuring high stability and quality while significantly improving the overall production efficiency of the machine.
