The 0.45 twist pin automatic expansion machine is mainly used for the expansion process of twist pins. The twist pins are fed by bowl feeder, and after present checking, they are transferred into the clamp. The rotating expansion mechanism performs the expansion operation on the product in the clamp. After checking by CCD, the unloading mechanism sorts the finished products based on quality grades. The rotating expansion mechanism is driven by a servo motor, allowing precise control over the expansion dimensions of the twist pins. Equipped with CCD checking system, it can detect the diameter and length of the waist swelling, ensuring the finished products are free from defects such as tilted heads, damaged threads, separated strands, or uneven swelling profiles. This guarantees high stability and quality of the equipment while improving overall production efficiency.
Product Process Flow:
Twist pin loading by bowl feeder and feeding into rotating and expansion mechanism for expansion after escaping by escapement mechanism. CCD will check the expansion finished product and unloading module will sort and unload the finished product.
