This hyperboloid socket insertion/extraction force testing machine is designed for precise mechanical performance evaluation of hyperboloid sockets. It integrates a flexible vibratory feeder with CCD vision positioning and a four-axis robot for scratchfree handling, along with automatic orientation correction and stable weightbased force measurement. The system automatically sorts qualified and defective products with full automation. Measuring 1100×700×1900mm with a testing rate of 1012 pcs/min at 300W, it delivers a fully automated solution for verifying socket connection reliability.
