Equipment Details：
The handle automatic assembly machine is dedicated to assembling the handles, automatically assembling 8 components including pedestal, plastic washer, compression ring, gear, spring, square pin, cover and screw. The machine features a dual-point oiling mechanism that provides lubrication while also sealing against dust, preventing rust. The square pin punching mechanism employs V-groove bilateral hydraulic pressing, ensuring compatibility with multiple sizes and stable operation. The gear and square pin are pre-assembled separately before being integrated as a whole, preventing product damage, ensuring equipment stability and assembly quality, thereby improving production efficiency.
Product Process Flow：
The process employs a rotary fixture assembly line. Pedestal are fed from storage via bowl bowl and conveyed to the fixture. Compression ring and plastic washers are similarly fed, assembled, and then oiled. In parallel, gear and square pin are pre-assembled off-line. A square pin is fed, pressed, and then synchronously transferred to combine with the gear sub-assembly. This complete sub-assembly is then transferred to the rotary line. Following clip pin assembly and oiling, the cover plate is installed. Screws are automatically fed and driven to finalize the assembly. Finished products are unloaded in belt for manual collection.
