Equipment Details：
The Handle Automatic Assembly Machine is dedicated to the automatic assembly of the corresponding handle series, sequentially assembling a total of 12 components including the handle, plastic washers, and cover. The machine is equipped with three sets of oiling mechanisms that provide lubrication while also achieving sealing against dust and preventing rust. Square pin punching utilizes V-groove bilateral hydraulic pressing, ensuring compatibility with multiple sizes and stable operation. The lock and square pin are pre-assembled into a sub-assembly before being integrated with the product on the fixture. This method prevents potential damage from internal pressing, ensures equipment stability and assembly quality, and enhances production efficiency.
Product Process Flow：
The equipment utilizes a belt-conveyor fixture assembly line. The machine is universal for three types handle and only need change handle jig for different type handles. Manual will place the handle into the jig belt. After being transferred and loaded by a handling mechanism, they undergo an initial oiling process. Components including plastic washers, principal body, washer, gear, and screw are then fed via bowl bowls and assembled sequentially. Springs and steel balls are fed and assembled using dedicated mechanisms, followed by another oiling process. The square pin is pressed and then pre-assembled with the lock (fed by vibratory bowl) into a module. This module is subsequently combined with the mainline sub-assembly on the fixture. Finally, the cover plate is assembled, and two screws are simultaneously driven by a screw feeder. The finished product is unloaded in the belt line for manual collection.
