Equipment Details：
This machine is specifically designed for the automatic assembly of PVC handles, sequentially assembling five components: handle, cover, pedestal, gear, and square pin. It is equipped with two sets of oil dispensing mechanisms, which lubricate while filling mating gaps to enhance dustproof, moisture resistant, anti rust, and sealing performance. The square pin punching mechanism adopts V groove bilateral synchronous pressing, ensuring compatibility with multiple column sizes and stable pressing operation. The handle body is manually loaded via tray feeding to prevent surface scratches, while the pressing and rotary riveting stations use a hydraulic system to guarantee pressing quality and process stability, thereby improving overall production efficiency.
Product Process Flow：
The process begins with manual loading of the handle in jig of belt, which then enters the rotary fixture. The cover plate and pedestal are automatically assembled and oiled. Next, the gear is oriented, pressed into position, and oiled a second time, followed by rotary riveting. Finally, the square pin is automatically fed, pressed via the V groove mechanism, and pressed into the handle. The finished product is automatically unloaded onto the belt line for manual collection.
