This brush type needle assembly machine integrates a precision vibratory feeder and a highly compatible feeding system, supporting two types of terminal tail stocks while achieving precise angled cutting and patterned arrangement of 0.2mm brush wires. Built with FESTO/SMC pneumatics, HIWIN slide rails, and S136 ground modules, and driven by Mitsubishi PLC with German electronic components, it ensures highprecision automated assembly and riveting. Featuring fault alarms and modular design for easy maintenance, it measures 1400×800×1850mm with an output of 4.55m/min at 5000W, designed for automated production of precision electrical brush contacts.
